CallerID on iOS

The iOS version of Call Control for BroadWorks (xsi) now includes a “Directory Extension” that allows iOS to lookup Caller Id’s in BroadWorks Enterprise Directory.

Visual Voicemail

Both the Android and iOS versions of Call Control for BroadWorks (xsi) now includes a “Visual Voicemail” client.

Outgoing calls as Call Center

When using Premium-type Call Centers it is possible for an agent to dial out using the Call Center numbers (if configured) and support for that is now also added in the soon-to-be-released Call Control for BroadWorks (xsi) app (for iPhone).

iPhone version of Call Control for BroadWorks updated to v1.57

Settings
The iPhone version of Call Control for BroadWorks is updated (to v1.57) with the the following changes:

– Added a descriptive text of each setting
– Added “contact picker” when editing phone number fields in Settings.
– Added support for adding/removing personal phone list entries
– Various bug fixes…

iPhone version of Call Control for BroadWorks updated to v1.51

The iPhone version of Call Control for BroadWorks is updated v1.51 and now supports BroadWorks R20. The update also

– Fixed an issue that could crash the app when showing a warning about Client Call Control not being assigned.
– Fixed an issue that could cause the app to crash when accessing the contacts tab.
– Improved a couple of SSL related error messages.
– Settings tab bar buttons disabled when account verified to prevent “dead lock” situation.
– Fixed screen height adjustment when in a call
– Fixed number lookup for call log to better handle +CC and local 0-prefixed numbers.
